What we collect
Enquiry and contact forms: your name, email, phone number (optional), company, job title, hiring requirements and message.
Job applications: see the Candidate Privacy Notice.
Technical data: limited server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Logs are kept for a short period only.
Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
Why we use it

To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Service providers
We use carefully selected providers to run this website: Cloudflare (hosting, security, storage and analytics) and an email delivery provider for internal notifications. They process data on our instructions. Data may be processed outside your country, with appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 36 months and then deleted automatically, unless we need them longer for an ongoing business relationship or legal reason.
